For Yasminah, the vine and wine... A passionate story!
Summer 2017. A day like any other… until this blind wine tasting of magnificent Southern Burgundy appellations. The beginning of this beautiful adventure with you… From this experience, in fact, was born the desire to learn, to know more about the basics of oenology. I decided to follow a training course (WSET) in Davayé with an idea in mind: to propose in the long term an original animation around these remarkable vintages to make people (re)discover the Mâconnais, the Beaujolais, and the Chalonnais wine coast.
My mission to surprise you and make you discover beautiful vintages, awaiting to be appreciated, in a good mood and in a friendly atmosphere
I will be able to guarantee the quality of each cuvée presented. During our meeting, I will also propose to you an exchange around the appellations and good production, both in the vineyard as in the cellar, and transmit you my passion and my knowledge

Welcoming friends and family in a friendly atmosphere around some amazing nuggets of Burgundy, a new concept that seduces!
The idea is to organize and animate on spot, during your stay at le Mâconnais Guest House – Sud Bourgogne or on the place of your choice (at your home, cottage, reception room or company) a private wine tasting with different animations to choose from.
On request: Taste surprising cuvées and learn to discover which vintage or which method of vinification or ageing are hidden behind them? It’s up to you to surprise your friends!

A few points of reference:
This wine production area spreads over about 25,500 ha (Côte Chalonnaise : about 4,000 ha ; Mâconnais : about 7,000 ha and Beaujolais : 14,500 ha) and located on the southernmost part of the Greater Burgundy wine region. It will seduce you with its hilly panoramas and monumental rocks, the most famous of which are the Roche de Solutré and the Roche de Vergisson.
