COVID-19 HEALTH PROTOCOL

The health crisis we are experiencing does not simplify the start of our business but rest assured of our seriousness, our goal is to offer you a stay in serenity at Mâconnais Guest House – South Burgundy. It is obvious, that in the case of new traffic bans to join us, we will cancel your stay without penalty.

WARNING :

In accordance with the decree implementing the law of 24 January  2022, the vaccination pass is now required in all accommodations that offer breakfast or a table d’hôtes, either to stay in all guest rooms. 

Thank you for introducing us upon your arrival:

  • Certificate of vaccination attesting to a complete vaccination scheme
  • Recovery certificate of at least 11 days and less than 6 months old
  • Certificate of contraindication to vaccination

Very soon the pleasure to welcome you to the Mâconnais Guest House in South Burgundy.

Health protocol:

Because your safety remains our priority, we have put in place a strict and precise protocol, so that you can make the most of the facilities at your disposal in total serenity while protecting the health of all.

Since January 2022 – Yasminah and Guillaume have been vaccinated against Covid-19 to gain peace of mind and serve you better.

Health pass:

In accordance with the decree implementing the law of 5 August 2021, the PASS SANITAIRE is now required in all rentals that offer breakfast or a table d’hôtes.

Our wish is not to play the gendarmes and we appeal to your common sense, however we will remain vigilant, always in order that you can spend a very good stay without any apprehension.

La table d'hôtes :

On request, we can serve your meal on a separate table during the Covid-19 health crisis.

If necessary, to respect the distance, our large table welcomes 6 guests.

Unlike a restaurant, we want to keep the spirit and friendliness that you are looking for by selecting our accommodation mode.

To protect your health and our health throughout the coronavirus outbreak, we remind you of the need to apply a few rules of good conduct that are as follows:
Please let us know if you present or a member of the group has symptoms of Covid-19
Wash your hands every half hour or use the hydroalcoholic gel (available)
We rely on the vigilance of parents to ensure that children respect distancing.

The tasting animation:

Wash and disinfect hands as frequently as possible.
Cleaning glasses and equipment at 60°C.
Reinforced disinfection of surfaces before animation.
Provision of hydroalcoholic gel.
Careful handling of food stuffs and strict compliance with the hygiene standards in force


The VTC transfer:

Provision of hydroalcoholic gel for passengers.
The vehicle is permanently ventilated.
Passengers carry all their waste and do not eat on board.
The driver and any passenger six years of age or older must wear a mask.
Three passengers are admitted to the rear seats if they belong to the same household.
Disinfecting cleaning of surfaces most frequently touched by passengers (passenger compartment, armrests, seats, payment terminal) after each race.

The petanque court:

We have ball games on site, but for safety, if you want to play, do not forget to bring your own equipment (if possible).

 

Maintenance of the house:

We attach great importance to the maintenance of the house, linen and outdoor spaces. Before each arrival, we proceed to the complete disinfection of the room as well as all contact points (including curtains, mattresses and spray pillows) using products adapted from the range…

A clean passage in the washrooms is made every morning around 11:00. Towels are changed every 2 days; be careful, we will not tidy your room and do not clean it completely.

If you do not want us to go back to your room, we thank you for informing us on arrival.
The common areas are disinfected daily using the same gestures to protect you. Thank you for informing us if you notice an anomaly.


We are always at your disposal to your getaways and give you all the necessary documentation.

However, we encourage you visit the websites of the various partners directly.


CANCELLATION:

For any reservation on the season 2021-2022, a payment of the whole of your stay will be requested at the time of booking. If you are unable to secure a stay, transfer or benefit that is related to the Covid-19 crisis, we will pay you the amount collected and without penalty. Please note that written notice of at least 48 hours is required.
